NewportOUT Winter Social

 

Please join us at our NewportOUT LGBTQ+ networking event, a fun and unique opportunity for folks to build their professional connections and develop a stronger community. This is a fundraiser for Newport Pride 2020 and all proceeds go towards pride weekend, June 26-28 2020. We invite LGBTQ+ community members from across southeastern New England to attend.

 

Join us as the winter afternoon light shines through the grand windows of the atrium of the Newport Marriott on Saturday, February 15th from 3 - 6 PM to kick off the start of the Newport Winter Festival 

 

We’ll have vendor booths as well as a special drag show by the Trailer Park Girls.

 

There is a $15 admission fee to attend the event which includes complimentary Hors D’oeuvres + Drag Show + Supporting Newport Pride 2020.

Businesses, non-profits, artists, employers, and community organizations who feel called to connect with the LGBTQ+ community in meaningful ways are encouraged to sign up for our limited vendor booth spots. This is a great opportunity to expand your recruiting or spread awareness of your brand, services, and artistry. Vendors are encouraged to get creative and interactive with your booth presence. All proceeds from the event will go towards Newport Pride 2020 to be held on June 26-28. Please email info@newportout.com to sign up.

Presenting sponsor

NewportOUT is looking for up to 2 presenting sponsors for this great event. Our presenting sponsors are key in making this event a success and helping with Newport Pride 2020. Sponsorship includes key billing on all media leading up to and during the event, including on-screen call out of sponsorship on a 65” screen at the entrance to the event. You will also be included as an event sponsor for the actual Newport Pride weekend, June 26-28. Please reach out to info@newportout.com if you are interested in becoming a presenting sponsor.
